Hilda Baci did not only smash the existing record of 87 hours 45 minutes set by Lata Tondon, but she also surpassed her goal of 96 hours, with a new target of hitting 100 hours.
In as much as Hilda deserves all the accolades, her assistant Ajom Sunday @ajomsunday should definitely not be overlooked.
Ajom Sunday works as a chef at My Food By Hilda as Hilda's assistant chef. He studied at Obafemi Awolowo University and is a native of Makurdi.
