A young man has taken to social media to narrate how he discovered his wife was cheating on him with his boss in their matrimonial home. The guy known as @PapaBearLaFlare on Twitter, said he works as a correctional officer and his boss put him on double shifts overnight just so that he could sleep with hi wife. According to the heartbroken man, he returned home one night from work and his grandma who lives with them informed him that the bedsheets smelled like kente oil, which was the same scent as his supervising officer.
He shared the story in reaction to a tweet asking people to talk about the craziest way they found out that their partner was cheating. He said the senior worker eventually lost his job and he later got promoted to the same position. In his words; “I had just came home from a overnight shift workin as a corrections officer. My grandmother let me know that the bedsheets smelled like kente oil, which was the same scent my boss had. I found out he was scheduling me double shifts just to sleep with my wife. My grandmother is my rock…she don’t play…he actually got fired and I got promoted to his role and fell in love with an old friend who was there during these times.”
