Special Adviser to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Drainage and Water Resources, Joe Igbokwe has advised unemployed Nigerian graduates to learn skills like painting, laying ties, laying irons and others.

According to the APC chieftain, Nigeria has a population of more than 200 million, so if a graduate is still waiting for paid jobs, they might keep waiting for the rest of their lives.

Igbokwe gave the advise on his Facebook page today November 15.

I dont like your politics, but this one is spot on. Africans understandoing of education  is scary, everyone thinks that after uiversity  or others  that they're entitled to  a job. No no, edcation only widens your thinking horizon which spurs creativity. Stop this dependecne noinsense. Having a MAsters Degree means you can now think beyond your nose and  seek diveser  but creative wats of earning other tnah  govenment emplement or crime.
