To me, they actually aren't fornication, but the problem is that they will surely lead 2 it so u don't need to do it at all.
But come to think of it, if u don't have the intent of having sex, there is no way u will kiss or romance some1 else.
This is the reason y it is recommended that men reduce their interaction with women to the bearest minimum cos such things lead to nothing but fornication.
I believe one can control self to prevent getting to sex. As long as both are not fornication, I think I am not a sinner. dat is if u know wat fornication means cos u dnt seems to know! better not to start a topic u know nothing abut!
