Famous Nigerian skit maker Promise Kelvin Anagbogu, known as lord lamba has finally broken his silence on the drama that accompanied his social media acknowledgment of his daughter, Princess.
A few days ago, Lord Lamba suffered series of backlash from netizens who slammed him for acknowledging his daughter on the day his baby mama, Queen Mercy Atang announced her engagement to lover.
The content creator was bashed online for previously denying the paternity and keeping his daughter’s life in private. He was accused of trying to sabotage Queen’s engagement.
However, Lord Lamba denied the accusations and has cleared the air about trying to stop Queen from finding her happiness.
Lamba claimed he posted about his daughter to clarify the paternity of his daughter and hence, he captioned the post with her full name.
He noted that the choice of living a private life does not affect the relationship he shared with his daughter and he’s been a father figure to his girl.
He also spoke about things not working out between them and how they are trying to give their daughter the best despite not being together.
Lord lamba made this revelation to Wale Jana in a private conversation which the latter shared and deleted on Instagram.
“There were rumours saying this child was for her husband to be they thought it was lordlamba because of her engagement. So I posted my child to let people know that is my child, with the caption of her full name, I have always wanted my personal life private which includes my family, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been a father figure to my baby girl even if things didn’t work out for both of us that doesn’t mean she is a bad person or I’m the bad person, but all I want is a proper upbringing for princess, it’s not her fault the mom and dad are not together so we owe that child the best life ever.”
