"Yo forget Gen Z, have y’all heard Gen Alpha’s talking?" she wrote, playfully admitting that the new slang is leaving her both amused and bewildered. Sophia shared an anecdote about a recent shopping trip with her daughter and her friends, where she overheard them giggling and using terms that were completely foreign to her.

"Ran into a friend of mine while I was out shopping with my madam & her friends & while he was talking to me I saw my girls giggling on the side tell me why they said ‘he looks MAX but why was he MEWING so much?’" Sophia recounted, adding that she had to "sit down & allow them lecture me" on the latest lingo.

In a playful twist, Sophia learned that, according to her Gen Alpha crew, she’s had "the RIZZ" (which apparently means she’s always been that girl) and that she’s "Skibidi" (a term they use to describe someone who’s pretty awesome). However, she quickly realized that trying to keep up with the slang is no easy feat, joking that "if you don’t know Gen Alpha slags, sorry to break it to you sweetie.. you’re not Skibidi."
