Tekno, the popular Nigerian singer and record producer, has denied rumors that he collapsed during a live performance on stage.
Reports surfaced on Tuesday claiming that Tekno, who is currently on a music tour, had collapsed while performing in South Africa.
A viral video circulating on the internet showed some men carrying a collapsed singer, leading to speculations that it was Tekno.
However, Tekno has taken to his Instagram page to debunk these reports, stating that he is in good health and hasn't been to South Africa recently.
He reassured his fans that he is "hale and hearty" and that the rumors are false.
His post below:
“Hey guys, I’m hale and hearty and not currently in South Africa. I hope whoever that was in the video is doing well and ok. Thank you, guys. Love you,” he wrote.
