Make sure you have all you will use to make the soup ready and grind in place!

If you are using stock fish, be sure to have soaked the stock fish in a boiled water, to make it soft so you can wash it proper before cooking.

Put any of your preferable meat Beef or goat into a pot. Add cooking salt, 1 bulb of onion, chopped to small sizes, ½ teaspoonful of thyme, to get the best taste of the meat add little water while boiling it, When the meat is soft and tender, then is ready.

While the meat is cooking that side, Use another pot on different gas position, add water to the level of the stock fish you washed, just above the stock fish, add red oil to it about ¾ - 1½ cup size, when is boiling, mix the Grinded egusi with all his grinded brothers and sisters in the boiling Stock fish with red oil and stir them always, don't allow it to get burn because the egusi will be taking the water, make sure you're adding little little water on it often until the egusi is good, Add the boiled meat, add Maggi, Salt to your taste. finally, Add the washed Ugu or bitter leaf, cover the pot and allow the steaming for like about 10 - 15 mins.

Here we go, You will have Yummy yummy egusi soup to bite  Grin Grin Grin Grin
