    She should continue to insist that he should keep his promise to stop while backing her request with prayer. It will not be bad if she stay away from him without-calling-it-a-quit. It will be a kind of pressure on him. While waiting for his reaction, she will know how much he  love her. It is a risk but she is already in danger, so all is risk.
    I wish the drug-dealer will love his child more than risk-of-drug, or 'suprisinly' be in a hidden love such that he cannot do without his family, after all he can manage with his work. A trial backed with faith can be magical some times.
    Love will never be guilty except where men and women doesn't face their problem squarely. Fear can never address nor bring solution to a critical problem.I wish her luck.
