Mehn!  Some people are just pure animals.  How can a Police Inspector rape?  These the sets of people that are expected to protect the lives and property of the Nigeria citizens.  They cannot even protect and have control over their urge.
Well my suggestion to the Federal Government is this
-  Castrate all prospective police officers before giving the job.
-  All prospective police officers should be properly screened.
I hope the FG will take my advice.
