What is destroying man as an individual today is all based on "misconception or misunderstanding" if I write down a sentence ,u have the right to mis-interprete it to suit your own interest. This is applicable to who ever read the Qur'an,if u mis-understand it in a way such that it suits ur own interest,no matter how brilliant someone near u is,u will always believe ur own understanding is the best as long as it suits ur own interest. This happens in normal day to day speech not to talk of a book that has been written many years ago.
