2. Every Nigerian must have identity

6. Federal constitution should include, basic minimum standard of living, child and women abuse
7. Federal government will have the responsibility of military, immigration and international relations
8. Each state contributes a fixed percentage from its resources to the federal
9. Standards set and followed in all ministries
10. The fundamental of sciences pursued not the state-of-art
11. Workers should be paid per hours not monthly, this will eliminate ghost workers and increase productivity
12. Money realized in churches/mosques should go into charity
