A Nigerian man has written about the state of Imo Airport calling it, 'The Shame Called Imo Airport'. According to Mr Timothy who took to his Facebook to lament about the state of the airport, said it was practically an eyesore. His words....

if you are complaining about Imo airport then I think our international airport at MM1 is a shame as far as I'm concerned. when u go out of this country and return u feel like shedding tears for our dear country. our leaders travel around the globe yet they can't even make our international airport the standard of a local airport talkless of an international airport. it is well

We should ask STELLA ODUA what happen to the maintenance of Federal Airport million naira project in the last 2 years.
Millions of contract were awarded for the rehabilitation of maintenance of Federal Airports in Nigeria and during that time in MMA in lagos, Dele Momodu posted similar photo.

This can happen anywhere. Its not a shame that it happened, its only a shame that the facilities dept are leaving it to linger rather than fix urgently

Looks like primary school toilet,nothing to even prove that its an airport, i wept for my people, the only people that will understand how airport suppose to looks like, is the ones that have traveled to oversea.
