Human beings are one of the most complex creatures on the planet. That is why I do not bother buying any of the books on relationships. The books only tell how people are at the point when it was written. You have to study people on a daily basis to understand them better. Even in that situation, you still be able to fully understand human behavior. People have the most unusual reasons for justifying the things that they do. She might have betrayed your confidence in her regarding her old boyfriend but before you call it quits with her, you need address some really  important questions. How much do you love your wife? Yes, she stepped out of line and betrayed you but I am quite sure that at the back of your mind you should've be aware that you were not getting married to a replica of the Virgin Mary. As human beings, I would say that only Christ came into this world without dirty secrets in his past. But, another question you need to ask yourself is are you going to let some past boyfriend come between you and the woman you married? She may have stepped out of line by being unfaithful but need to know how you feel about her and she feels about you. If she loves then, that boyfriend is not an issue. But, if the Boyfriend becomes a reoccurring decimal in your relationship then I suggest you either make her tell you where you stand with her or end the relationship
