My one nightstand is pregnant

I had casual sex with a girl this month and now she's pregnant. I only slept with her once. One night.
I'm not too sure whether I should believe her... a) that she really is pregnant b) and if it's true, is the
baby really mine? Dudes, if this has happened to you, what can you advise me?
