Of course, yes, you don't expect me to be eating out every day. Neither do u expect me to hire a house help. My wife must sure know how to cook. marriage is not all about SEX and making BABIES.

It should be, because most men likes woman that can prepare them a delicious meal. Every woman should learn how to cook very well to avoid their husband being trapped by so called MAMA-PUT. To get a comprehensive ebook on how to prepares more than 1,000 local and intercontinantal dishes, send me a mail with subject as COOKING MANUAL and you will be directed on how to get your copy. The truth is that any woman that don't know how to cook, will have a tendency of marriage break-up within a very short period.

Well if this question was asked by a lady, then i would say what else would learn if first its not how to cook,Remember the bibles say,the way to a man's heart is his stomach, this is not becos man is a gluton, but from experience, when you get cross with a woman there is 85% to 98% that he will be ready to listen to her talk and eventually let go of the hurt or offence, when a woman knows how to cook, your man will be proud to always come back home to eat your delicacies instead of the secretary,or mama put or even Mr.biggs or Chicken republic.this will even give you great joy that he eats your food when he comes back home.

its necceassary to know how to cook before getting marry. bcos some men cherish food. and without dat a woman can loose her love. is even in our culture dat says in yoruba "obinrin o niwa olohun olori oko, and the cooking is part the "iwa" in yoruba land. so to me its neccessary.

Well, if you really love her and she cant cook, you can help by sending her to a catering school to learn the basics, there are many of this schools all over the place. To me a lady must know how to cook different type of delicasies, otherwise it a very sorry situation.

The truth of the matter is that we all are involved, we shld encourage our siblings, girls in particular to alwayz help mum in the kitchen, from there they will learn how to cook, joke apart, its very very important to every girl.

she shld learn it from the beggining so that it will not be a serious issue wen she becomes big. u can agree wit me that most girls as a matter of seriousness does not know how to cook, that is uncall for as far as that child grow up in a home. a word is enough for a wise

as  4 me , i dnt tink this is a question.cooking is not something difficult...it is part of everyday activity .so any lady who doesnt know how 2 cook has a big problem n no man should marry her..cause no man can afford 2 marry a wife dat is not useful.

Except if we are going to be eating sex, then someone must be doing the cooking. Certainly, it should be the woman's role. There is no debating it.

If she doesn't know how to cook, she must learn it - basic meal at least, not complex one.

My take.
