Lie to him again to temporary get out of the situation.

Tell him that, some terrible thing happen to your father and he lost all his wealth as a result forcing you people to start managing one bedroom face-me-i-face-you and this is not the best time for him to visit. If he insist on visiting, them let him visit, make sure to tow your parents and siblings along....and also pray that he does not take this further into marriage, because the cats will be lead out of the bag the longer the relationship lasted.

Or simply tell him that you lied to him and come clean.

If the guy really likes you he'll like you for who you are whether rich or poor and not what youre trying to be. If he cant accept you for who you are then he's not the right guy.
