God bless u! I don't blame dm anyway. They all r confused. Dr are about 20 different versions of d bible dt I knw of and dy all contradict one another.

I blame the whites and Arabs that brought d 2 religions to Nigeria,  cos Nigerians can't just handle religion moderately...     It might leads to Nigeria total destruction.     Sad

I think that idea of using Allah in a bible is confrontational .   
I have seen the bible written in so many other Nigerian Languages Not once have i come across the word Allah in the bible  meaning God . 
Overall this story is an unfinished story and to say the least should be provocative to the muslim community

Some Christians out of wanton ignorance believe that Jesus is GOD . .   but does that make Allah equivalent to Jesus ?  even though Allah is God .   Neither do I see Jesus referring to Allah as my father .  so the whole idea of replacing  GOD with Allah in the so called bible is erroneous  and Ill-conceived .   It can only bring clashes of faith as it is doing already .     

Hoping the supreme court will have the God - Given wisdom to resolve this amicably .   By the way i am neither Christian or Moslem .  and i don't really care  if i am both or neither .

"I and my father are one " -  My father (God( has given me all the authority to represent HIM .  so when you see me it is like you have seen my father already.  so you should believe what I tell you. 
Jesus several times refers to his father in heaven several times meaning there is a father up there he loved and respects so much and through whose power Jesus was able to accomplish all that he did . .

For me as a Christian I will never advise Christians to use the word Allah to represent God
Allah is a deity god and never the God that Christians worship, at a time in mecca there
was hundreds of gods in mecca and Mohammed's god became stronger than all other
gods, that he has to destroy other Idols and left his own to be worshiped by the people.
his father's name was Abdullah which means slave of Allah , that was his father's god.
Abd means slave.

There is no confusion in Christianity, only that some people are short of knowledge, as for me, i have never used that name for any purpose in life and will never. I wish the name should be eradicated entirely from our religion (Christianity). Allah is not God, and can never be God. Satan is hiding under Islam to unleash terror in the earth and on the Christians, but we are not moved, for we are not ignorant of the devices of the devil. You said Allah means "he begets", please do more in-depth study about Allah and Islam and tell yourself the truth about Allah - for he is not God.
