You see that's one of the EFFECTS of BLEACHING - sorry I mean toning -  the SUN BURNS YOU ALIVE.

So whilst those BORN WHITE enjoy the sun and want a TAN - those who DIY WHITE  - dare not EXPOSE themselves to the beautiful SUN to avoid developing all sorts of skin ailments.
