Music mogul Jay-Z  was in Nigeria in 2006 and he visited  Ilorin , Kwara State, to see the efforts being made by the state government to provide clean portable water.

Jay Z is  a Chief in Nigeria , the title was conferred by Alhaji Ibrahim Gambari, Emir of Ilorin. He also had a road  renamed Shawn "Jay Z" Carter road and was present during  the commissioning  .More photos below...........
