Chief Osita Chidoka stunned people in the South-western part of Nigeria by dropping out of his car to control the traffic around Ezeiweka Obosi road in Anambra which avoided acts of lawlessness by impatient commutters.

This excessively corrupt man. While at FRSC he came up with the number plate scam to defraud all Nigerians, he messed up the Drivers license scheme.
His purpose in Government has always been to take as much from the people as possible.

What is wrong with these people that they glorify LOOTERS.
