Is this story even real or some attempt at 15 minutes of SHAME(FAME)?  Surely she knows what to do, why would she need to go through you for HELP?  Can she not make her own decisions or were you there when it happened?  Rape is WRONG at all COST but unless she is a minor and can't THINK for herself then she prob knows what to do.  Or are you exploiting your friend's plight?
