The heading of that video is blatantly misleading. Gallo did not admit to creating AIDs/HIV. In fact he gave a spirited denial.

Preventing the world population from reaching nine billion is a very wise move. Also, it's logical to focus such efforts on where the population growth is highest. Increasing public health and lowering infant mortality will make that easier, not harder, as adults no longer feel the need to produce more children to offset child deaths.

I should also point out that the second vidoo was not only heavily edited, but it ended with childish and stupid cartoons depicting stupid so-called satanic rituals. If that's your evidence, then you've got nothing, and you are the one who has to prove your point, not me.

No, Kush, I do not agree that there are sterilising agents in the vaccine.  I suppose you would be happy for people to be crippled by polio rather than helped by Western medicine.
