A baby that is not more than some few weeks old has been rescued by a good Samaritan in Minna, Niger state last night. The baby was tied inside a leather bag and dumped at a refuse site before members of the police found her. The police took the baby in their patrol car to the hospital where a good Samaritan had taken over the care of the baby. The good Samaritan is not looking to adopt the baby but is willing to look after her until the hospital management reach a decision on what they will like to do with the baby.
There are several people who are looking for babies like this, I hope this baby ends up in the hands of someone who would care and love her.
