Mercy Aigbe's (ex-)husband, Lanre Gentry have told her that she should brace herself to start paying her children's school fees after she wished herself a happy father's day on social media. Mercy Aigbe and Tonto Dikeh are two high profile celebrities that have fallen out with the father of their children, for this reason, they feel the need to name and shame their children's father at any slightest opportunity where they are required to show that they are the children's parents. This was the message that was initially shared by Mercy Aigbe:

Absentee fathers don't deserve Father's Day wishes.  I wonder why these "missing in action" fathers won't keep their mouth shot and accept their faiths.
