INCIDENT LIKE THIS HAPPEN EVERYDAY AND ANYTIME. IT DOES NOT MATTER WERE THE MAN COMES FROM. HE COULD BE A YORUBA, HAUSA, IGBO, EDO MAN. IT ALL DEPEND ON THE MAN WAY OF LIFE OR AGENDA.
