Huh? Man Caught Trying To Use Carton Paper To Buy Phone In Computer Village (PHOTO)

A young man was recently nabbed when he tried buying a phone in Computer Village, Lagos using carton paper.  In a video making rounds online, the man was being interrogated as the money was being examined closely. He reportedly wanted to buy a phone that cost N25,000 and decided to cut paper neatly which he then wrapped with N500. It was learnt that the 500 naira was supposed to be his transport fare.

How foolish was he? Is the seller not suppose to count the money? Or another failed juju.
