In the heart wrenching video she shared, Patience is seen weeping profusely as she revealed that she wasn’t aware of the actress’ illness.

According to her, the last time they spoke was on the set of Chief Daddy 2 and Rachel’s last words to her was “don’t forget me ooo”.
