An online instagram blog, ms_asoebi ran a survey asking Nigerian brides how much they spent on their wedding. The answers were pretty oustunding in most cases, with some people having spent over 45 million naira and 200,000USD on the single event.

It doesnt make sense.Such money should be used for something beneficial to the couple, I dont support big wedding. Let the traditional take place and go to registry, plan your finance with long term goal but if you have the money why not?
