Symphonic West Africa, a mid-market music promotion and distribution company, has appointed Ife Ajagbe as head of operations. She will be running the company's Africa division.
Ife brings more than 15 years of experience in professional broadcasting and journalism to Symphonic West Africa, where she will oversee administration, corporate development, data analytics, distribution, promotions, finance and partnerships.
In the newly assumed role, Ife will report to the company's leadership, while spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline corporate processes.
A veteran broadcaster and media consultant, Ife has in-depth expertise in strategy, campaigns, operations and organization.
She joined Symphonic West Africa recently when it extended operations to West Africa, officially launching operations in Nigeria.
Prior to her engagement, Ife was running on her third year as an OAP with Kennis104.1FM, a renowned music and entertainment company with interests in radio broadcasting and artist management among others.
She began her career at Zuma FM as a presenter where she spent a year, and was instrumental to the growth process of household brands, including the likes of Chocolate City
Ife observed her National Youth Service upon graduation from Obafemi Awolowo University- Ile-Ife.
