Actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot was spotted at his ward sharing perfumes & books to his constituents.

This is coming ahead of Surulere constituency 1 bye election which is scheduled to hold sometime this year.

Recall that Desmond had also celebrated when he announced donating transformer to his constituent in March 2023.

This was an upgrade on the toilet he also built before then
