Bandits have communicated to the Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, expressing their openness to engage in negotiations with his government.

The video which is making rounds, showed group of masked men wielding sophisticated weapons, and the leader addressing the Governor of Zamfara in local Hausa language.
