Communities where operations have been conducted include Akugbene, Ukuama, and Okoloba in Delta State, among others.
While no significant arrests have been made, a viral video purportedly depicting the perpetrators has surfaced, aiding in narrowing down investigations.
Troops across various theaters of operation have neutralized 106 alleged terrorists, arrested 103 suspects, and rescued 96 kidnap victims. Additionally, they recovered a vast array of weapons, ammunition, and other illicit items.
Maj.-Gen. Buba emphasized the troops' commitment to protecting citizens and maintaining national security despite the risks involved.
