Arabs have a long history of treating black Africans badly. It's been estimated that up to 18 million black Africans were enslaved by Arab traders between the years between 650 and 1900. In fact, it still takes place, especially in places like the Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Mauritania.
Now is the turn of Blacks in Libya, especially Nigerians, they are been killed everyday in droves by the so called Rebel fighters, Europe & America will never say anything, all they want is for oil to start flowing back to the shore, I pity my Nigerians brothers and sisters still in Libya. Libya is a quick route where most Nigerians take to Italy

This really goes to show that The Nigerian Government does not care about its people having quickly declared support for the Rebels killing Blacks in the name of Freedom.
The thing is that some Nigerians can be indeed very stupid... The Libyan war has been on for more than a month now, and besides, there were clear signs some three months back while the protest were going on that war was looming yet they choose to remain there despite seeing other nationals and even so many Libyans fleeing the country. And i can vividly recalled that the Nigerian government tried to evacuate Nigerians living in Libya.
So the question now is where was these guys all these time? Why didn't they find their way to the Nigerian consulate there in Libya in order to get help? To me, getting caught up in the midst of all these is the highest height of foolishness and stupidity

if you were in a country where blacks are used as mercenaries, what will you naturally do to save your life. the fact is that these blacks are desperate that they dont think about their safety. i dont blame the govt either. how many nigerians in libya left the country through the normal route. does the govt know the nigerians living in libya. and remember its a war time, the action can easily be covered up. who will find out the truth when security is a major issue here

I agree with much of what you stated. These folks who are always running for so called greener pastures and end up running into their own damnation. There are numerous opportunities available in Nigeria for the enterprising person who is willing to put in some effort. Getting into debt borrowing what you don't have on a dream to get to a country that you will be seen as a criminal in is not worth it. There is nothing to be found in Italy. The documentary that showed the port town where many Nigerians were living in dire poverty looked no better than any street Lagos. There is no greater power in this world than a being with a plan and the determination to see it through. Nigeria has numerous opportunities for someone who sees the opportunity and is willing to step in. I pray to God that there is a resolution soon to all of these problems facing Libya, I pray that God protects all of the innocent people that have nothing to do with such things. May God have mercy on them all.
There is nothing like a American born Nigerian woman, often copied however never duplicated....Se ope!! The struggle is tattooed in my soul.The life of those that sacrificed that I might have an opinion won't go in vain on my part.

what has america and europe got to do with libyans killing our people?? how has your own government tried to help? abeg before you criticize, think twice. if america and europe want oil, its because they want it for their people and not for some stupid politicians enriching themselves. that is true nationalism and patroitism. let our own government do same. am sick at people pointing fingers at america unnecessarily. when your leaders are busy stashing money for themselves (african leaders are the richest in the world), the americans and europe are busy looking for a way to make life easier and better for their people. am not saying they are saints but atleast let our own govenment do what is expected of tehm before we start calling out to other people

It is not just america and europe............Isreal is the chief culprit for the ethnic cleansing of black people in Libya. I know most of you dont like to read, but I have been trying to get your attendtions by writing this article.....................
