In UK, they use machines so maybe that's what they're going to learn before his govt venture to buy them. You have a very good head on your shoulder. However, I would think it would be wiser and probably cheaper if they come and train them in Nigeria instead. Just my opinion.

Governor Fashola does not need to send cleaners and road sweepers to the UK for any kind of training. He is only going to embarrass the Lagos State Government and Nigeria. Some of the road sweepers and cleaners will abscond and become wanted people in the the UK. We all know living in Nigeria is very tough and people are looking for a way out. What Fashola should do is to get a Cleaning Company from the UK to send some of their staff to Nigeria for a 2 weeks training for the Lagos State Government employed cleaners. Fashola will save a lot of money by doing this. Before he brings the British Cleaning Company down to Nigeria, the Governor should make sure he has purchased and shipped the Machines ( Cleaning Vehicles ) to Lagos State first. The Horse must come before the cart. Our leaders should know better that the UK Government is harsh with visa issuing these days. Cheers. Replywww.twitter.com/ariyatoday
