japanese produce thief catching machine...

A japanese firm manufactured a computer that will be used to catch thieves; they took 2 weeks to see how it works. They 1st went to London and within 40 mins the machine caught 20, in America it caught 50 within 30 mins, in Ghana it caught 50 after 10mins, my people in Nigeria, after 5 mins the machine got stolen and the Japanese ran away!
