swt@ the best help you can give yourself is to go to a skin clinic and get your skin tested . only then will it be appropriate to suggest the kind of creme, scrubs or cleansers that will suit your skin type . i am not too dark in complexion but am chocolaty spotless  so what will work for my skin might not be applicable to yours ok.... cheers  Wink
