I believe boys like  this need society"s help. A school dropout at 12, no family and support system,  and proper upbringing, the street is hisclassroom, and street culture and values are all he knows. And tomorrow he graduates to a political thug. Let us help this kids and help society before they kill another. I am sure many of them are killed daily and no one cares. This kids suffer abuses everyday, believe me this one is  news because he is the one that killed.
