Sir !, but you ought to ought to know, That most of the buildings in 9ja are constructed without the right approval of the local government or in most cases, they are constructed illegally without a plan at all,
But then the high tension cable is not supposed to fall in the first place because of rain storm. !!!

 Nig Government should pay from their nose  if this really happened.  I always tell people that Nigerian Electricity  Company is  a SHAME stamped on Nigeria and Nigerian people by our so called leaders with grey-hairs, but lack reason. I feel sorry for that innocent Lady and her family. How can you employ  a radio technician and Truck-pusher as electrical engineers and not have  serious accidents?
 If you go to our banks, you will see someone who studied  Agricultural Science working as Account Manager. Dysfunctional Political Operative System is the name of our  Nigerian Societal Cancer.  God, help Nigerians because we lack the mojo to help ourselves.
