Is it safe to shop online in Nigeria?

We are well on are way to a cashless Lagos. Now we've got online shopping but who do we trust. The one that delivers in ten days or the one that delivers in two; the one that requires you to pay online or the one that says pay on delivery. Here are some online shopping sites in Nigeria (the ones I know). Who do you trust?
