Can they make a law that would restrain all these trucks from all routes till night?

Looking at the state of most if not all Nigerian roads, i think it would be wise to ban these trucks from using the roads until 10pm till 5am.

That's why I fear these things. I can't even stay beside them while driving; I'd rather just chill, not minding the blares of horns behind me, and quickly overtake  when traffic clears.
