My dear for starters, stop the clubbing and concentrate on making yourself presentable and doing your work diligently, and I am quite sure the rest will fall into place.
If you like reading novels or start reading novels to while away your past time that way you will not be thinking of wanting to go clubbing and I am sure you will change your lifestyle.
But my dear it has to do with the mind and determination.
