Wasted Grannies: 2 Drunk Women Allowed A 10-Year-Old Boy Drive Them Home [Photo]

Police were shocked to find a 10-year-old boy behind the wheels after they responded to a call about a car being driven recklessly on Interstate 10 in Louisiana.



They pulled the car over only to find the boy’s grandmother and another woman drunk in the car, along with a 15-year-old child.

According the reports, police said the women told officers that they made the boy drive because they were intoxicated. Brenda Byrd, 54, and Sheila Joiner, 48, were arrested for “contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle”.

The 10-year-old driver and the teenage passenger were later released to family members.
