YES.  Stick more with vegetables because those foods you mention are high carbohydrates and does not help in keeping your blood sugar down.

Eat brown rice or wild rice too.  Eat rice in small portions.

well, the only one i know dat excess carb does

is to cause obesity...dont know abt diabetes
