He’s got the stolen money like other current and past politicians.
They are all filthy rich.
They all have private jets.
They all have armoured vehicles and helicopters possibly.

You can imagine an ex-governor (Peter Obi) barely out of the office distributing or bribing federal legislators with cars in order to secure the ministerial post for aviation.
