Thailand’s army chief, Prayuth Chan-Ocha, has announced on national television, that he is taking control of the country in a military coup.
He made this announcement after detaining leaders of rival political groups at a meeting held to find a solution to the country’s six-month political crisis,
“To restore peace back to the country in a short time and to reform the country’s politics, economy and society, the Thai military, army, navy, air force and police have seized power from May 22 onward,” Chan-Ocha said.

I like what he did. for 6 months the politicians have been fighting over power. He invited them to discuss on how to solve the problems they refused to agree, so in order to move the country forward he has to act to stop the country from drifting further into anarchy. The politicians are useless

thailand elite are among the best in the world, they always put their country interest first. greedy politicians want to spoil the country and army said no we wont allow that. i love thai army.

the army chief did d right thing,its been more than 5months since political crisis has been going on in thailand,the army chief have tried to advice d two parties on sevral occasion but d 2 corrupt parties refuse to make peace .now there grace has been expired,all of them are facin d dance now as they are coolin their head behind d bars even d prime minister dat has just been outsted.
