Kim and Kanye West don't play. The have officially allowed 13-month-old North to make  her first big fashion editorial debut for the most recent issue  of Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book.  North, who poses with a Chanel bag and a brooch, is described' The Future'of fashion. The quote close to her above says "It's never too soon to worry about fashion!"- Karl Lagerfeld.
