Where did you get that fact from?

He/She is allowed to remarry at a time they think or rather know they have grieved enough and  are ready to move on with life only if they are certain they love this new partner, tho he/she cant replace the mum/dad the kids once had if there are kids that is....

Well it depend on the party involve this is a delicate matter and we shld
not forget some one might want to learn from this. Its not good for anyone
to be alone. Marriage is till death do us part, with prayers God will provide
a help meet to whoever needs it.
