Liberian-Ghanaian actor Frank Artus recently shared a controversial photo with fans where he was spotted signing autograph on the cleavage of a Liberian lady at night.

The lady in question was so excited and ready to show more cleavage for the controversial actor.

His colleague, Ruth Kadiri was not that pleased with the idea. Check out her comment below:
