i like okra soup with iru and palm oil mixed together with water,and maggi.but i dont it it as much as vegetable soup with egusi.i don 't think okras have any side effects.

Only looking at ur sweet lips, person go know say u go sabi eat okro soup well  , abeg enjoy ur Okro..

even if the thing get anything to do with semen as that yeye research said.. i dont think women semen is required to make babies. unless another research has said so again

This information is for those ones interesting, which r having problems in that area. Maybe it could help some men to become father, if they stop eating okkra. For those desperated childless men is a tryer worth.

Nobody says, that okkra is bad cause it s from africa. In the last lines they say also that it can help in healing ulcer, depression etc.
